1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pikok platform and all its services. By accessing the pikok website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you fully agree to these Terms.

pikok is an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. We are committed to ensuring a safe and reliable environment based on SSL encryption and fair play principles.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

3 Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 Password & Access

It is your responsibility to keep your pikok account username and password completely confidential. Never share your login details with anyone.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

Notify the pikok support team as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. The account holder will be held responsible for all activity on the account unless it is proven to have resulted from unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, both accounts will be closed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pikok currently accepts transactions through the following mobile financial services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if identity verification is pending or a security review is underway.

4.4 Deposit Authenticity

Only deposit funds into your account using a payment method registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is prohibited and may trigger an account investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more applies the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = completing ৳25,000 in bets allows the bonus winnings to be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
• Any bonus promotion may have a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, pikok reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any related winnings.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

pikok has five VIP tiers. Regular and active users can advance to higher tiers through play and enjoy weekly cashback. Starting from the Bronze tier through to Diamond, increasing benefits are available at each level.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Carefully check all details before confirming a bet.

6.2 Technical Issues

In the case of bets affected by a technical error or system failure, pikok reserves the right to review the relevant transactions and make an appropriate decision. Bets placed based on incorrect information displayed due to a technical error may be declared void.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting on pikok is available across a variety of markets and sporting events. Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other popular sports. All markets are operated based on the options currently available.

6.4 Live Casino & Slots

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pikok platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the same individual.

• Using the platform for money laundering or as part of any illegal activity.
• Placing coordinated bets against other users (arbitrage betting).

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 pikok's Rights

pikok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. This action may be taken especially in cases of terms violations, security concerns, or suspected illegal activity.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the pikok support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, but active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

pikok may take action on accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, in accordance with its specific policy. Contact the support team for more information on this.

9 Responsible Gambling
